Stephanie Baillargeon, MHA, BSN, RN

Stephanie Baillargeon, MHA, BSN, RN, is the director of clinical services for the Medical Group. Stephanie has been a nurse for more than 29 years, starting as a nurse technician at Down East Community Hospital and Eastern Maine Medical Center.
After earning her degree, Stephanie became a nurse in CCU/CSU and worked there for nine years, including having the role of night charge nurse. Stephanie then went on to hold the positions of day charge nurse and cardiac clinical coordinator on the M3/G4 Cardiac Units. Stephanie was the nurse manager for the Cardiac Telemetry Units for 13 years before accepting her current position.
Stephanie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Husson University, and then went on to earn her Master in Healthcare Administration degree from St. Joseph's College in Standish, Maine. Stephanie has been a member of the Husson University Alumni Board and is a member of the Advisory Board for Medical Assistant at both Beal College and Eastern Maine Community College. She is also a member of the American Nurses Association, American Nurses Association-Maine, the American College of Healthcare Executives, and the Organization of Maine Nursing Executives. Stephanie is also Nurse Executive-Board Certified. 

Stephanie has enjoyed her professional career here at Eastern Maine Medical Center because of the opportunities it gives employees to grow as leaders.
